I wonder how long it will take to hear the case and if it survives the first case but is appealed to SCOTUS will there be another injunction. I was on pace to hit 120 payments for PSLF next month until this happened. The other thought is if they win the case does that mean they can and will change course and retroactively consider the SAVE forebearance months as eligible for PSLF? Buy back is super slow if it is even working at all so trying to find a way to get the last 2-3 payments to count and apply for forgiveness.
