They said I qualify for Public loan forgiveness and I will have $0 payment every month until I complete all the years left that I have for the DOE in NYC. $3800 is what I need to pay off , I’m assuming their fees too. Have you heard if they are reliable?

He even gave me a username in the password I feel like it’s scam. Do you know anything about that

After the Covid Conundrum I tried to see why I had not started my payments again and found out the company is just gone. No warning or anything. I have paid the 3 payments of 118 and then 30 a month since 2018. Can I ever recover that money?

I’ve talked to one lady and her email is valid and I know they told me they can do the application for me for of course the fee crap but she didn’t ask me for my social or anything just told me I would get a temporary password which was a red flag but she informed me that I was eligible for discharge of my loans as I went to the art institute of Wisconsin and I told her I already had a borrower defense claim but it was still pending so I don’t know I foolishly paid the one fee of 3 payments but im going to my landmark to cancel.
