Yes, you need to rehabilitate your loans. Ideally, you would have done this immediately in April so you wouldn’t face garnishments, but you can still start now.

Any advice would be helpful!

Now I’m afraid to file because it’s still so much and I’m in hardship. I was a cashier and barely made enough. I have 3 kids I’m on welfare and now no income. I don’t know what to do.
