I would still make your monthly payment because:
– You don’t know exactly when your employer deposits will be made, and it may not line up with your monthly statements (and you don’t want late payments hurting your credit)
– It may not be enough to cover the monthly amount de
– If it’s more than the amount due, you get into paid ahead status, which is a weird thing where your payments just keep moving forward.

Bottom line, consider it an “extra principal payment” and make your normal payments as well.

S-corp owners cannot benefit more than 5%, meaning no more than 5% of the amount paid as a student loan benefit can go to an owner.

Are 5% owners excluded in an LLC filling as an Scorp situation where there are 3 partners with one employee if all are eligible by the written criteria developed in the plan? What about in an LLC filing as an Scorp where there is only one owner?

No there is not because you get Public Service Loan Forgiveness for working for them, which is a hugely more beneficial program.
