yeah especially since they are the ones who most likely can pay their tuition it is a real joke my husband had to wait till he was in his fifty’s before he could afford collage where is his releif

Yeah, but so what? It’s still a great deal. Pa has a flat tax rate of 3.07%. So, assuming you get something like $50,000 in loans forgiven (tax-free federally), you owe your state $1,500? That doesn’t seem like a bad trade-off. Yes, it could be better, but it’s a huge win.
