Neighbor.com does not respect and take user complaints seriously 
and should not be awarded an IPO to enrich themselves with billions of undeserved dollars. I 
advertised garage space on the Neighbor.com platform and instead user resorts to name calling 
and other abuses after I declined her. Many scams exhibit poor English and this user had all the 
red flags including claiming to be a Software Engineer. Neighbor dismissed my complaint: ‘After 
reviewing this case with our Trust and Safety team, we do not have any reason to believe — has 
any nefarious intentions. She is simply trying to store her vehicle.’
Furthermore, their $1M Host guarantee does not cover if renter steals equipment from landlord’s 
garage claiming ‘The Guarantee is not a replacement for the law and we would assist authorities 
with their investigation if this situation were to arise.’
Ever try recovery from police in USA? Neighbor refuses to provide renter’s full name, address 
and phone depriving landlord to sue in court and collections to recover from renter stealing 
garage equipment and tools in the thousands of dollars.
Neighbor.com is no AirBnB.  
Don’t waste your time with Neighbor.com and risk your garage and property.
