Assuming you requested it before the deadline of payments resuming, you should have received it already. You should reach out to the ombudsman if this is the case.

They posted to my Mohela account by the end of August and my balance has been updated. I have not received the refund check in the mail. They said 4-6 weeks after balance was updated and it’s now beyond that. We really need this refund check by January 6 for a house we are closing on. Is it best to reach out to Mohela? Dept of Treasury?
