I took out a loan, and I have been trying to get rid of ever since. I did graduate from the college but the college is no longer operating physically only on-line classes. I am not doing anything with the degree I have ( game design and development) and my loan were private. I am barely have enough money after I paid my monthly bill. I am on a reduce rate but every six months is goes up. I know you cant help me I just feel the need to vent. Sorry for taking up your time.

Since you never enrolled, the student loan should have been returned to you via a refund check – which you could have used to repay the student loan. What happened to the money?

Berfore the student loan arrived, I was arrested and incarcerated for a incident that happened on school campus. The stundent advisor came to the jail and asked me to sign the loan. I asked will he help me get if I sigh ( thinking what good is it to sign for a loan if I’m locked up) he said yes. I did and a few days latter I received a letter from the school starting my expelled indefinitely thus leaving me owing a student loan. Could this fall under being scammed? Help
