In reply to Paul M Ruzicka. I'm guessing you are downloading it and not using TurboTax online? This is a prime example of why you should always use the online/cloud version of software these days.

Worst software ever. I used this for over a decade. This year I have all kids of issues trying to update. Tech support told me to uninstall it and reinstall, and now the stupid software wants me to pay for my state version when I paid for that when I purchased it. It will no longer let me open my two returns, when all I had to do was eFile the federal taxes. Would not let me update. Turns out, filing this year has been a NIGHTMARE. I have wasted over 4 hours trying to get this to work again. What a joke?

After over 15 years, Will probably never use again. Can’t believe price was double from last year. Also made it, imo, more difficult to enter info. May be just me but they ruined it for the average person.

Looks like you didn’t file with us last year or you filed using a TurboTax product that doesn’t include access to prior-year returns. **THEY SUCK** Not free
