I used this service in march to file my 2023 taxes and itis now september and im still waiting to be updated by someone anyone.

Great reviews, very helpful. Hadnt heard of FreeTaxUSA but I had a great experience recently. Had to ask one question about multiple local taxes but was easily resolved. For $22 with Audit Support, wont find many better deals out there.

In reply to Susie. You're right on the timeframe, but if he had ACTC or EITC, then the earliest his return would process would be 2/15. We're also seeing delays due to stimulus checks and child tax credit reconciliation. See this calendar: Tax Refund Calendar.

I used FreeTaxUSA for my son it was very easy we filled his taxes on Jan. 27th and excepted the next day. It has now been 22 days and the IRS WMR bar is not showing but says it’s still being processed and that is unusual because he has the same job and filings as last year. I don’t like that there is no contact number to find out what is going on.
