I havent received tax return via efile been over 21 days refund says prcoesssing still why? I filed june 14th

This will be my last year I ever use this company. I filled my taxes and the software charged me state taxes on my unemployment even though it was exempt in delaware for 2020 costing me over $700. I had to pay for the return before I could view it and whe I did I brought it up to them. The answer given to me was, I have to wait until they release a adjustment form that I have to pay an additional $42 to file again after spending hours on hold trying to resolve there mistake.
