I 100% agree. Lili “bank” is in direct violation of regulation E. There is no fraud department – even an obvious hack into my account, which could easily have been handled by my bank calling cashapp, they denied immediately – with no investigation or documentation! Please DO NOT waste your time with this SHAM operation. They not only are directly responsible for my financial loss of $1,000 – they also refused to open a new account to stop the fraud once and for all. I reported them to the FDIC, who did nothing. Apparently American banking is being degraded to the level of a third world country – with NO enforcement of the law.

I am a Lili Card user. I found later that Lili was the old Green Dot card. They just rebranded to Lili and are currently marketed as a business debit card. I took the card to keep track of some 1099 work I’m performing. On October 16th, I made a reservation for 1-night with Marriott Courtyard using my Lili Card. I checked in on October 22, 2022. When I checked out on October 23, 2022, I switched cards and used a legit credit card to pay for the room. Marriott stated that it could take up to 5-days for the HOLD to be lifted from my Lili Card. As of this writing – 1) My account does not show the debit by Marriott, 2) My account does not show the credit from Marriott. In sum, over $400 has gone missing from my account, and I can’t get a straight answer from Lili. They are experts at giving you the run-around. After a few calls, they put me on the phone with a confused person. I asked to speak with the supervisor because the confused person refused to follow a debit-credit process from a known and visible debit-credit record. In addition, this gentleman could not explain why I could not see the debit-credit transactions on my online account statement.  I’ve repeatedly asked Lili about this matter to no avail.

BEWARE!!! Do not do 4-digit business with Lili!  Stick with 3. They can’t handle it!!

And dispute was denied. Now that i have done a bank to bank transfer, last month made it ok, but this month is in limbo, i assume. Its been over two weeks and when i ask to speak to corporate cuz they had supposedly pushed the transfer back into my account… (Still waiting)
So the second time im getting upset with these people and ask to speak to corporate cuz they are doing nothing to resolve this issue. Unfortunately both times i was hung up on…
Isnt there something further i can do to take more extreme measures seems they dont care if u get scam or maybe they are the ones guilty thats possibly why the disputes are auto denial. ?? Anyhow im really unhappy about this bank or wanna be bank or whatever they are. They need to be more professional and stop being ignorant to the clientele.
