The issue involved them accidentally depositing excess cryptocurrency into multiple user’s accounts. I received an email the next day from Juno threatening legal action if users withdrew the excess funds and that it would be addressed immediately.

When I logged into my account, I received a message stating its “paused” and I can’t even access my own checking account funds or cryptocurrency. I never withdrew the crypto they accidentally deposited.

It’s now been OVER 10 DAYS and I’m unable to pay my bills or access my own money. I can’t get a hold of anyone other than a generic message that someone will contact me. I’m about to take them up on their legal action at this point and will be filing complaints with their banking partner and consumer protection agencies.

Others have posted reviews and messages on Twitter with the same issue. If you value your hard-earned money, AVOID JUNO AT ALL COSTS. At this point, I am considering this theft of funds and I can’t even get a response from them.
