With uncertainty over Fed moves, there’s also liquidity risk — if banks decide to stop making the large short term loans, the value of the underlying REIT will decrease. I would stay away from interest rate sensitive industries since I expect interest rates to start to increase in the near future. They (Treasuries) are already increasing on the open market.
