Terrible, in the way that they take forever to respond and pretty much incompetent. Good luck getting your questions answered ina timly manner. Out of all the trading platforms I have been on, they have the worst customer service. There live chat is nonexistant.. and because of there poor service … I am closing my account and going elsewhere.

It depends on the promotion (you have to read the terms and conditions), but their current promotion requires you keep the funds for 12 months or forfeit the bonus.
