Each school decides their own offer based on their own financial aid policies. You can ask if they meet need, have no-loan policies, etc. You’ll likely want to look at inexpensive options and have those discussions now so he can apply to schools you can afford.

Our SAI number is, 16864 and a family of 6…There’s no way we can afford college, where do we fall into, he’s not eligible for any Pell Grants it says…Is it possible to get anything from any school..What’s confusing is what would be the net price of said school once we know what the SAI number…

It depends on where you go to school and the cost of attendance. But you’ll likely receive a partial Pell Grant, and hopefully other state or institutional aid.

You are likely too high to qualify for a federal Pell grant, but you may qualify for state grants or scholarships from the shcool. It will be based on their aid policies.
