I got sick and had to drop. The college states that they had to return the money to the Feds which they apparently did and sent me a bill even though the money was spent on supplies and such while I was in school. So, since the money was returned by the college, is that still a federal statute of limitations or a state statute? Seems to me that it become a private contract between me and the college once they returned the money.
